Job Description:
Fusionstak is actively seeking a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team within the next 10-15 days. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project specifications.
- Define test objectives, scope, and success criteria.
- Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools.
- Identify, isolate, and document software defects, and track them to resolution.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that fixed defects do not reappear.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
- Continuously enhance test automation coverage for efficient regression testing
- Generate comprehensive test reports that include test results, defect status, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test cases and procedures.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Participate in project meetings to provide testing updates and insights.
- Ensure the availability and readiness of test environments, including test data and configurations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing methodologies.
- Conduct performance testing to assess software scalability, load handling, and response times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing in an IT industry environment.
- Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in test case design and execution.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications (optional but a plus).
