FusionStak consultants developed a mobile application for both Android & IOS for the citizens of ST James Parish to report and track work order created through the apps. Lat/Long enabled data entry helps to provide mapping and location for easy tracking and quick response.

The Multi-tier encryption system ensures multiple layers of security for user information. Secure bi-directional API communication is executed over TLS 1.3 protocol.

Simple data capture form with easy drop-down list to pick issues and report. Bi direction notification process to keep the citizen updated at every stage of work movement from start to the completion.

Location tracking and mapping:

System supports geo location tracking to help service provider easily identify service location. Spatial filter to provide mapping view of the several work order executed in a given political boundaries.
